Prepare the following before submitting a proposal:

  • Primary presenter contact information
  • List of co-presenters (optional)
  • Topic (select from substantive and methodological topics listed above)
  • Title
  • 250-word presentation description
  • Description of what skills, knowledge, or resources will attendees gain from your presentation

Proposals are due April 3, 2013 by 11:59pm CST.  Decisions will be sent by April 8, 2013.

May I submit a previously published/presented paper?

Yes, papers that have been published or previously presented are welcome, as long as they pertain to the topics needed and are useful to attendees.

How many proposals can I submit?

You may submit 1 substantive proposal (morning breakout session) and 1 methodological proposal (afternoon breakout session), for a total of 2 proposals.

When will I know if my proposal has been accepted?

You will be notified by April 8, 2013 of the status of your proposal.

If my proposal is accepted, what is expected of me?

Upload resources, papers, or presentations related to your topic for attendees to discuss and access after the preconference, and register for and attend the preconference.
